Privacy notice
We use your information to manage your membership, check EA access and provide support. Updated 1 November 2026.
What we collect
Your name and email address, the XM trading accounts you register, account-review and licence records, support tickets, and basic connection information needed to operate the service. Our EAs also report limited activity: the account and EA involved, trade references and trade times.
EA reports do not include your broker password, account balance, trade size or profit and loss. Manual trades and trades merely managed by ARM are excluded.
How we use and protect it
We use these details to provide the service you request, verify partner eligibility, manage licences, resolve tickets and protect the service from misuse. Required information is needed for membership and EA access. EA activity is visible only to authorised administrators.
Service providers process information needed for hosting, sign-in and storage; they may operate outside your country. XM separately handles information you give directly to it. We do not sell your personal information.
Watching videos
Video tutorials use YouTube. The player loads when you choose to watch a video, and YouTube then receives information such as your IP address and device details under its own privacy policy. You can use our written guides without loading the player.
Keeping your information
We keep records for as long as needed to provide access, handle support and meet applicable legal or security requirements. Signing out or pausing a licence does not delete your records. Browser storage keeps you signed in; sign out on shared devices.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Open a support ticket and choose Privacy / account deletion to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. Deleting information needed for licensing can end EA access.
You may object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. You can also contact your local data-protection authority, including South Africa’s Information Regulator.
Updates
Membership is for adults aged 18 or older. Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date.
Administrator notifications
If an administrator enables browser push notifications, the browser provides a technical push-subscription endpoint and encryption keys. TFP stores those details only to send administrator alerts such as a new account review or support ticket. Notification content is intentionally limited and does not include trading account numbers or support-message text. The administrator can disable notifications on that device at any time.
